Tree of Grandparents

We measure the age of a tree by the number of rings it has. The more rings, the older the tree and the more experience andlife the tree has seen. As the rings grow, they become the core for branches to also grow, leaves to bud and eventually newseeds to drop. As a sapling looks up to the great oak in awe, we too look to our elders for loving guidance and knowledge that can only be gained through time lived. The Tree of Grandparents reminds us of the wisdom and love that is shared between generations. It encourages us to be grateful for our special bond with grandparents and the role they havein our lives.
