7. Do you offer curbside or in-store pickup?
We do! Simply choose curbside or in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll prepare your order with care and notify you when your items are ready—perfect for quick gift runs or convenient local shopping.
8. Do you offer shipping?
Yes—we ship throughout the U.S. Fragile and handmade items, especially glass art, are packed with extra care to ensure they arrive safely. Please message us to arrange gift wrapping and specialty touches for your online purchases. If you're traveling, we'd be happy to arrange shipment of your purchases!
9. Do you offer gift recommendations?
Yes! Our staff is always happy to help you find the perfect present. Whether it’s a birthday, housewarming, holiday, or “just because,” we love helping our customers find meaningful gifts.
10. Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Street parking is available along Washington Avenue, and several public parking lots are located nearby. Customers can also access our back entrance from the parking lots behind the Washington Street buildings, making shopping even more convenient.
11. Do your artists accept custom orders?
That depends on the artist. Many of our photographers can print work in different sizes and formats, and our fused glass artist is open to requests and discussion. We’re always happy to talk through your idea and connect with the artist to see what’s possible.
12. How can I stay updated on new arrivals and events?
The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. We share updates about new arrivals, seasonal favorites, events, and special shopping opportunities.
13. Do you host private shopping events?
We offer special events, First Fridays, and specialty shopping opportunities throughout the year. These are shared on our website and social media, including Facebook. Many of our downtown events are promoted through Grand Haven Main Street and Downtown Grand Haven social channels.
